Barbier Rogier · Now hiring
Wanted:
good hands.
We're looking for barbers to join the chair across seven shops in the Netherlands. Classic craft, a modern room, and clients who come back. Full-time or part-time — bring the skill or the drive to learn it.
Why this chair
Quality over quantity
We blend classic barbering with a modern vibe — fewer rushed cuts, more craft. Expect loyal clients, a supportive room, and the time to do good work. Whether you're seasoned or still sharpening up, you'll level up fast with hands-on guidance from people who care how it's done.
Who we want
The right fit
- Experienced barber, or a motivated junior we can train
- Classic shaves and modern fades — or eager to learn both
- Customer-focused, professional, and easy to talk to
- A team player with a growth mindset
The work
Day to day
- Deliver sharp haircuts, beard trims, and hot-towel shaves
- Consult clients on style, upkeep, and products
- Keep a clean station and meet hygiene standards
- Back up teammates and add to the shop's vibe
- Handle bookings, basic POS, and aftercare advice
What you get
The offer
Flexible hours
Full-time or part-time, built around your situation and location.
Real training
Structured coaching and a clear path to grow your craft and your chair.
Loyal clientele
Great shops with regulars who book ahead and keep coming back.
A good room
A supportive, celebratory team that has your back on a busy day.
Fair pay
Solid base with room to grow as your book fills up.
Mentorship
Shadow senior barbers and get feedback on real clients, not mannequins.
A day in the life
From open to close
You start with a calm setup — check the bookings, prep your station. The day flows through cuts, fades, shaves, and the kind of conversations that turn a first-timer into a regular.
Between clients you keep the shop sharp, lend a hand to teammates, and slip in a bit of product advice so people can hold their look at home.
